How do you list 1 hour per day for 10 days in Project

Working on plans that have tasks stretching over 10 days but only require an
hour per day. How can that be handled in Project. When you put in the 10
days it shows as 80 hours and when you put 1 hr it changes the date to 1 day.

Beth,
The standard way to do that is with a fixed duration task. Fixed
duration can either be set for the whole project under
Tools/Options/Schedule tab, or individually for a task under
Project/Task Information/Advanced tab.

Once you have the task type set, enter 10 days in the Duration field and
one hour in the Work field. The assignment units will then adjust to
balance the work equation: Duration = Work/Assignment Units.

Hope this helps.
