How do you lock images that cannot be moved by other users?

I need to set up a "template." There would be a cover page and possibly 10
additional pages in this project. I would need to set up a Master page that
the 10 pages could look like that the customers could type over and not touch
the background and images.

Hi Cassie,

Insert your 'fixed' images etc into the document's header. That way, they'll
sit behind the typing layer. Unless a user deliberately edits the header,
the background and images won't be affected by whatever they type.
