How to add a keyboard shortcut in MS Project via vba

I would like to add a keyboard shortcut (^m) to run a vba macro in Microsoft
Project 2003. I know this can be done via Tools->Macros->Macros->Options in
Project itself. But is there a way to add this shortcut through a vba program
(or some other automated way)? I know this is easy in Excel but do not see
how to do it in Project.
