How to apply resource leveling to a specific resource?

From one of the resource views, add the 'Can Level' column and set
values accordingly.

Hi Simon,

In addition to Dave's suggestion, if you level from a resource view
(such as Resource Usage) you can select the specific resource and when
prompted by the Resource Leveling command, choose "Selected Resource"
instead of "Entire Pool".

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

You can use a split window which can show a task view at the top and a resource view at the bottom.
If you highlight an task with a resource assigned in the task view that corresponding resource will be the only
resource described in the lower resource view. Then if the resource view is made the active window and a levelling
command is given you are presented with a dialog that allows the option to level only the selected resource.
