How to attach a note to a contact?

How can I attach a Note to an Outlook 2k contact?

There is a large field at the bottom of the screen when I create a new
contact, but I can't find the name or anything about intended use.

What is the best solution for ataching notes to a contact?

Just open the contact and select Item from the Insert menu. Or copy and
paste, as detailed below:

1-Go to your Notes folder.
2-Select a Note and press Ctrl-C
3-Go to your Contacts folder
4-Open the Contact
5-Click in the large field at the bottom
6-Press Ctrl-V
