How to backup outlook 2003 contaqcts and messages

Is there a way to backup your contact information and e-
mail messages? I am not an expert with outlook so I
aplogize if this may have been mentioned somewhere before.

Is there a way to backup your contact information and e-
mail messages? I am not an expert with outlook so I
aplogize if this may have been mentioned somewhere before.

The easiest way is simply to close Outlook and then copy (not move) your PST
to another folder, preferably one on which regular backups are performed.
