How to convert excel files in microsoft words 2003

How do I convert a file from Microsoft excel into words document using
Microsoft Office 2003

Excel is a spreadsheet whereas Word is a wordprocessor. To a large extent
the two are incompatible. What is it that you are hoping to achieve here?

As in Office 2000 it is easily to open an exel spreadsheet from words
document to be posted on the web. In Office 2003 I cannot achieve this, how
do I open this file

There have been security implications with some of the old converters and
Microsoft has removed or crippled them in response to complaints about
security laxity in their apps. The old converters will still work - if you
have not retained the old one and have no access to it - download AT YOUR
RISK from http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/excel32.zip.
