JoAnn -- Thank you! I will certainly try it. This is for a Service
Organization Newsletter and we don't have much money. We tried to use PDF
Cute Writer, but it is dropping pages. I will try this one. Thank you
again. Gail

Don -- Thank you! This is another option, and affordable too. Wish we had
more expertise, but we sure appreciate the leads. Thanks again, Gail

If file size is important PDF-XChange is the champion for file size. It goes
for $20 to $70 depending on the version.

Thank you again, Don. I have successfully used PDF Cute Writer/Printer in
the past, but the member who is now doing the newsletter is creating it in MS
Publisher and the pdf conversion is dropping pages. I will try these
different converters which may work better with Publisher. Gail

The pdf creating programs are very easy to use and most, if not all install
a pseudo printer on the computer. To create a pdf file you just open any
file be it a Publisher, Word, Paint most any file and select File, Print and
from the drop down printer list select the pdf creator and print.

Good luck on the Newsletter.
