how to convert publisher to word for email purposes

I have to email church bulletins to a few members. Our bulletin is in
Publisher and they do not have publisher and can not open. I have tried to
cut and paste to Word but I can't seem to do that.
How would I convert Publisher to Word so that they would be able to open the
email.
