Do a screenshot of the webpage by
pressing your Print Screen key. Paste
the screen shot in your image editing
software and crop it to your liking.
If you do not have an editing program,
the following freebie has a nice crop tool.

When you do the screenshot it will be
on your windows clipboard...all it takes
to import it into your editing software is
go to...Edit / Paste.
Save the finished image to a folder on
your hard drive and import it into Publisher...
Insert / Picture / From File...
