How to Copy-n-Paste into textbox

how do you copy text from Outlook and paste it into a textbox of a Word form
Seems like a simple operation.

Right-clicking does not bring up a context menu.
ALT - Edit - Paste pastes the text into the adjacent table cell.

Any thoughts?
