how to create a chart and only connect 3 leaders to him with assi.

graph help

I need to create a graph with the Pastor as a key person. I will then connect
to him. 3 other people will directly connect with him. One of the 3 will also
report to me. All of us will have assistants. I know how to connect
assistants. There is no program that will allow me to connect like this. HELP!

If you're talking about an Org Chart the new tool does not allow you to do
anything other than the pre-set format.
I alway use text boxes and line to do my org charts now as it is much easier.
Pre-XP you could do what you needed, Microsoft are aware of this frustrating
problem: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/293615
