How to create a report with a matrix of resources and their calend

I am trying to create a report or a table that will show me a list of the
resources and their calendars. I am not looking for a field that will
identify the name of the calendar but a matrix of resources versus their
calendars. This way I will be able to see a complete picture of non-working
days for all resources in one report/table.

Hi Michael,

I don't know if this will suit your needs, but here's a try:
Create a new report based upon the Resource (Work) report. (Select the
Resource (Work) report from the Custom Category and choose Copy).
On the details tab of the Report Definition, select Calendar under Resource.

This report will print out the details from the Resource Sheet but include
the resource's calendar definition under each resource.

Thanks for the post, but this does not provide a matrix of resources and a
calendar. This just shows each resource, their calendar and exceptions. I am
looking for a way to see a report similar to below:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14...
Mike x x x x x x x
JulieS x x x x
You x x x x x x
Them x x x x

x = non-working time

A layout similar to above that also shows non-working time would be
beneficial as an overview of all resource calendars. The method that you have
described is not a practical method of reviewing calendars and non-working
time for resources. I quess the developers at Microsoft have not thought of
everything.
