How to default the "browse by" object to page in MS Word 2003sp1?

I need to find a way to reset the default for the browse by option in MS Word
2003 SP-1. It has apparently changed about 2 weeks ago for the staff I
support and I cannot seem to find an option to have it default to "by page".
