How to delete a created Outlook form

I have many Outlook forms that display in my list which look like they were
created for a single use. I would like to delete them, but can't figure out
how. Can anyone advise?

Do you mean custom forms? Click Tools/Options/More/Avanced Options/Custom
Forms/Manage Forms/Setup. Select where the form is installed, click OK, then
select the form, and click Delete.
