How to delete MSO03PRO? Unable to repair or delete.

Need to uninstall MSO 03 Pro but MSOCache is damaged or missing. Installed
new hard drive and now unable to uninstall. Unable to receive Email also.

Yes I have the originals but for some reason when I try to repair or
re-install I get an error message that goes something like...'incorrect or
incompatible update' or something similar. Can't uninstall any part of the
office software.

Mark,

You might try using the LIS (Local Installation Source) utility to remove
the Office installation source,
reinstall Office in order to recreate the MSOCache folder.

If you no longer want the local installation files then you can use the
utility to safely remove your
LIS. This will also modify the Windows Installer entries so the folder
location is no longer referenced.
