How to download Exchange Server Email?

At work we are connected to an Exchange Server for our Outlook Email. I have
been checking my email through the web, but I want to start downloading my
email through Outlook on my desktop. I am using Win XP.

What do I need to do?

I go to the control panel>E-mail Accounts>Add a new e-mail accounts, and go
through the steps.

Something is not right. What else am I missing? Do I need to set up a
profile on the computer first?
I add the Domain name, username. exchange server.



Also, I am currently downloading my personal POP-3 email account into
Outlook also, is there anyway that the excahange server email can interfere
with this?
