How To Get A Result From A Cell Next To A Cell

Here is what I am trying to do. I am in the military and soon our
fitness program will be graded by the amount of pushups, situps, and
how fast you can run the 1.5 mile. It is going to be a weighted scale,
so what i need is to be able to enter a number of situps and it return
the amount of points for that particular amount. I have the scale of
1-60 in one column with the point values for each in the next column.
But I dont know how to enter the amount completed and get it to return
the point value.

And this one is even harder, not sure even if it would be possible.
For the run we are timed and depending what range of min/sec's you are
in you get a certain amount of points. For example if you run the 1.5
mile between 9:48 and 10:00 minutes you get 48.33 points. Again, I
have all of the times and point values in a column, for example: A
B
9:48 50.00
10:00 48.33
10:12 46:67
i would like to make another sheet for entering the times that you
completed the run and how many situps and pushups you did, and have it
return a total score. HELP is appreciated. Thanks
