How to Get Updates ?

I am re-installing Office 2003 from the disk, which is about 3 years old. I
need to update it, so I went to the Windows Office 2003 updates site, but
there are so many patches to download, and I do not know what to download.
Is there an automatic way to get the update I need?

Use microsoft update instead - it looks for both Windows and Office patches.
