How to in Outlook 2003

WinXP/Outlook 2003

I need to enter my daily intake of pills, which varies from day to day and changes about every 2-3 weeks.
Being new to Outlook I haven't figured that one out.
Any advice?

You can create a recurring appointment for this with an enddate.

Create a new appointment and press the Recurrence... button to view all your
options.
