How to in Visio set the function "Freeze panes" available

I would like to see at the same time the left hand side of the visio and the
right hand side

....or you could just open an extra window on the same page... (Window / New
Window) then arrange howver you like.

Thanks David - the point is that I want to see the beginning (left hand side)
of a visio diagram and the end (right hand side) at the same time. Actually,
I am designing processes and on the left hand side, I have the group names of
the owners of the task. And when I am detailing the process, I cannot see any
longer the name except if I scroll back and forth.
would you have any hint?
