I am working on many projects at the same time and assigning them to my team
members in bulk. They find it difficult to differentiate among tasks in
Outlook. Outlook 2000 only shows the name of the task but does not
incorporate any additional info such as project number, project name etc. I
would like to include this specific info since it would be easier for my team
members to differentiate among tasks. I wonder if this is possible and what
would be the easiest way to achieve this without having to write project
number or project name along with other information in each and every task.
