How to Lock Publisher

I want to send out a newletter that is two sided to some clients over email.
How do I get the newslettter to NOT allow changes. I looked under TOOLS, and
then OPTIONS...but it wasnt there.

Please Help. Thanks!

Try converting to PDF.

This can be done with PrimoPDF, free from www.primopdf.com
