How To Make Outlook Calendar Window Open On Startup?

Does anyone know how to make the outlook calendar window
open on startup? I can get Outlook to come up, but not
the calendar. Also, I'd like it to come up with the
window maximized.

Tools Options, Other, Email options. Set the calendar as the startup folder.
Maximize outlook, then close it. it should open outlook maximized...
