How to pass a picture to image control in Word

Hi experts,

I have a word template that contain a image control.When user click the
object, macro runs and call the vb.net program to select and manipulate some
image file. but then I don't know how to pass the image (jpg file) back to
word file. Because the template contain image1, image2, image3. Program
doesn't regonize which image was selected.

Please help. Thanks a lot..
