I created a custom transform installation file for Office 2003 Standard. I'm
installing all the apps except Outlook. I want to install only one component
from Outlook which is the Collaboration Data Objects. I configured the
transform file to not install the Outlook shortcuts. When I run the
installation, it doesn't put the Outlook shortcut in the Start Menu -
Programs - Microsoft Office group, but it still puts the Outlook icon on the
desktop. How can I prevent this occurring? Thanks.
