How to print fold lines on a folded card

I have made a folded card so i can produce 4 A6 leaflets on one page but i
would also like to print out the fold lines so I can fold the page into four.
How do i do this?

Create a rectangle around pages two and three, give it a 1/4 point line weight, maybe
color it light gray so it won't be obvious. Of course turn the page over before
printing.
