print on custom paper size

I am trying fo print a card (top fold) 4 x 6 whaen folded How do I set up
this otion in Pub 2007, I have selected custom paper size but it still prints
as if on A4 so some of the image is missing

As Don suggests, setup your printer for a custom size. (8 x 6)

Page setup, select advanced on the right,
Layout type Folded Card
Sheet fold, Half-page top fold
Page Width 6"
Height 4"
