User Defined paper size

I have Publisher 2002; I am trying to print onto a "folded card - tent"
notecard, dim 5.5" x 8". I set the layout size to a paper size of 5.5x8
(w-h); I created a "User defined" paper size in my Brother MFC printer to the
same dim and under a "name"; I selected the "user defined" paper size in
Publisher (can not find the name I created). Publisher does not seem to
recongize my defined paper size. How can I fix this? ASAP.

If you saved the custom setting in your printer and select it before you setup
your page, Publisher should reflect that setting.

Hi Mary,
Thanks for responding. What do you mean "before you set up your page"?
Normal users, like me, expect the software program to handle this. If what I
understand by your statement, I now have to go back and recreate all the work
that I have done in the original Publisher document. Is that what you are
saying?

If you select to setup your page for 5.5 x 8.5 Publisher will say and print two
copies per sheet. If this is okay then you will have two cards per sheet of
paper.

If your card stock is 5.5 x 8.5 then you have to setup a custom size in your
printer.
