How to re-color a clipart picture in Word 2003?

I can re-color a clipart by a re-color button in Word 2000. However, I can't
find this button in Word 2003. Would you please tell how to figure it out?

Sorry, I made a mistake. I could re-color a clipart picture in PowerPoint
2000, not Word 2000.

Actually, you can re-color clip art in Word, but there isn't any re-color
button. Right-click the art and select Edit Picture. Then you can
double-click each segment of the picture (you may first need to right-click
and select Grouping > Ungroup) and change its fill color. If there are a lot
of segments this can be pretty tedious.
