Does anyone know how to remove the project server integration into
sharepoint? I am having problems woth permissions since we got rid of
project server. Any help is appreciated.

Robert:

Applying an Office XP service pack to your STS installation removes the
Project Server -specific customizations. That may not address your
authentication problems which you don't explain in enough detail for us to
make suggestions.

Well, the problem is that project server created issues lists in
teamservices that had user permissions in the project server database.
when a user modifies an issue they cannot because the database is no
longer there.

So, you say that I just have to put the latest sevice pack on and then
all of the project integration is gone?

Bobby

I misunderstood what you meant. Logon to PWA as an administrator an navigate
to Admin > Manager SharePoint Team Services and select the Connect to
servers from the left hand menu if not already selected. Use the Remove
Server button on the tool bar to remove your connect from Project Server to
SharePoint.

Ok, let me take this a step further. So we really messed up here. The
project server is gone. It was taken down and is no longer available.
Is there another way to remove the integration from sharepoint besides
going into the project web access admin tool?

Robert:

If you're now saying that you want to continue using the SharePoint site
that was originally created by Project Server, you'll need to manage it
directly in SharePoint administration.
