HOW TO RESUME DOWNLOAD FOR OFFICE XP SP3, AFTER CONNECTION BREAK?

I have a dial up connection, which keeps breaking. However, every time the
download starts from abinitio. Is there no way that the download starts from
the point at which it broke, just like other windows updates?
