How to retrieve back my contact list after reinstall microsoft outlook

recently I had reinstall my microsoft outlook for my window xp
what I found that is, my contact list had gone and I cant accept any
mail from my ISP email account.
Is it after reinstall the program, we have to reconfigure the program
again?
The thing that I am worring is, all my contact is gone and come out
with error as below

error 623: the system could not find the phone book entry for this
connection

So, what should I do now?
