How to reuse OST file

Hi,

I am trying to copy an OST from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 on another
machine.

I received the following error:
You are using an old copy of Outlook Offline Folder.

Any idea on how to resolve it?

You don't copy an OST file. Create a new PST file in Unicode format (the
newer Outlook 2003/2007 format), copy items from your OST to that new PST,
transfer the PST to the other machine and open it and copy items to your
profile in Outlook 2003.
