How to rotate text box with the text inside?

hello all:

I want to rotate a text box with the
text content inside.

However, whenever I rotate the text box,
the text content will not be effected.


I can only do this operation in PowerPoint
which allow me to rotate text box with its content.

who can give me some helps?
