I need to share a few files with someone who has Publisher 97. I have
Publisher 2003. What format do I need to save my file as to let them
view/print/change the file? Is this possible?

Please help. Thanks. Ann

You can convert the document to a PDF, there are free converters around, this is one,
do a search for others.

If your someone has to edit these files, send them to me and I will convert them. It
isn't as simple as you would think. You will lose much of the formatting

Mary,
Thanks so much for your information. Currently saved my files to disk as
..jpeg files as they were just a bunch of clip art photos. My friend has yet
to try it. It should go right into a picture viewer file for her to print.
Thanks for the offer to convert the files for me but I'll probably just
re-load publisher 97 if it comes to that. Thanks again for the post. Ann
