How to save progress on a taining session?

I sometimes take training sessions on office and would like to close and
save, at the point i leave, so when I come back I can start at that point.
How?

You should check to see what's in the documentation of the courses or
software your using.

Right-click the page, properties, highlight the address, copy, paste to a convenient
folder, next time you are ready to resume the course, copy and paste into the
Internet Explore address bar.

Should read, paste to a Word or Notepad or WordPad document, not convenient file...
