You may want to post this in the Word Proofing Tools newsgroup.
Basically the contents of the main dictionary aren't a list
of Words. You can 'add' by creating a custom (user Dictionary)
but you won't be able to modify the packaged ones.

I know there is a to see all the words in Office XP's dictionary. How to do
it?
