how to send emails faster

We sent a 1-page email message out to 25,000 email addresses thru Outlook,
but it took 20 hrs. b/c Outlook verified each email before sending the next
one! How can we send it out faster???

Is it possible that your ISP has a limit on how many messages you can send
out in a given period?

I have used WorldMerge (www.coloradosoft.com) to send email blasts to 400
members of a professional organization. It seems to run very quickly.
