i want to setup an email account with Microsoft outlook so that i can send
attachments via email

Contact your ISP for the server settings and requirements to set up mail in
Outlook. If they only support Outlook Express, the settings are the same.
Also, you can check your ISP web site as this information is often posted as
an FAQ.
