How to stop access confirmation in Outlook

When I try to sync my PDA/Phone with Outlook (2000) it ask for me to allow
access for 'x' number of munites.

How do I stop this request?

Try updating your PDA sync software. (If the PDA uses Activesync, upgrade to
3.7x)
