How to stop Outlook opening automatically when I login in?

When I log into my PC, my outlook opens automatically and slows everything
down.
I need to turn off this option as I would like for it to run manually.

there are no group policies in place to say that we have to run it
automatically and i've looked within Outlook and cannot find the option.

I have also checked that it is not listed on the Programs>Startup menu

please advise
