How to trigger a progressbar?

When I click a button and start doing my procedure, I would like to trigger
the progress bar, like that found when you press 'Go' on Internet Explorer
and the progress bar starts updating? How can I go about doing this?

Try the solution shown at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAProgressBar.htm. In that
code, replace the "For i = 1 To 10000" loop with your procedure.
