hp 930c will not print in color, but did office 2000

I change from Office 2000 to Office 2003. My hp 930c had been printing in
color for over a year. Now, it prints the outline of a picture, but does not
print the colors.

This kind of question is best directed to the word.printingfonts newsgroup.

I'm not a printing expert, but I'd say the first thing you should do is check
the HP website for an updated printer driver that's been optimized to work with
Word 2003.
