HTML emails attach WMZ file

When I send an email from Outlook it attaches an Image.wmz file where I have
copied and pasted images and text from an MS Word document into the body of
the email (message). I send the emails in HTML format to keep the images.
Please explain...!

Me again - sorry I should have said my version of Outlook is 2003 and I'd
like someone to tell me how to prevent the attachment!
