HTML format

Hi,

I send all my emails in HTML format, i use Outlook 2003.
When some people receive my email (including my hotmail
account), the whole email has double line spacing.

Does anyone know how i can fix this???

I believe looking at the HTML source code, it might be
because each line is in its own paragraph tag.
