hyperlink in access page

On an access page, i need to be able to provide a text input name of a .pdf.
Preferrably, the user only enters the name without the .pdf extension. By
clicking on a ?button? , the user can bring up the file. I'm DEFINITELY a
beginner, so anything will help. Thanks.
