Hyperlink target frames within Outlook

I have a problem where I have several hyperlinks within an
Outlook message and after a user clicks the first
hyperlink, I'd like the consequent hyperlinks within that
e-mail to appear in that same window, but instead Outlook
keeps popping up new windows.
