Hyperlinking images

Looking for some help here folks
i have an image of an area with different buildings on it,
i am looking to link each building in the image to
different links, how can i do this, do i need to draw some
kind of an empty box behind the image????

You can either dice up the image into a series of separate images w/ links
or use an Image map - Select the Image and see the Image Tool Bar
