hyperlinks in a file in an exchange folder

Can I put hyperlinks in a file in an exchange folder to
link to files stored in sub folders under that exchange
folder? I know that I can link back to a network drive,
which is what I am doing now, but I want to give
hyperlink access to files to users who do not have access
to our network drives, but have access to exchage folders.
